Re: Lantern's Promise: This sounds great. I'll give it a read. I have been lucky enough to have video and audio interview's with my Mum and one Grandfather respectively. Helps to keep the voice alive. I love the idea about what you'd give to get the time back and I've written a little about that too. One of mine called "Son" is about a father getting to talk once more with a lost child. I wrote one about seeing my Mum again that I'm yet to put up and another as part of a book about what a man would do to get his wife back in a simulatedbworld and the problems with the simulation not really being her. It's a rich area for storytelling. I might put those up. Definitely reading this!
Re: Let One Man Fall: I started posting this book, but stopped when I realised that this might not be the time for a story like that, with all of the gun violence in the world... still unsure whether to hold back or not. The main character takes some turns, based on personal tragedy to begin with, and given the situation in America, it seemed a little poorly timed. For the most part, my own thoughts mirror some of the protagonists, but the idea was that its a very slippery slope and going down that path it would be hard to know how and when to stop
Whenever you decide it’s time to continue it, if you do, I’ll read it. It’s interesting to understand what drives certain people (or characters) to do what they do even if they don’t like it.
Wow, thanks for the shoutout! It’s lovely to be amongst such amazing company!
Of course!! I loved reading your story🖤

Chapter 2 up now. The tricky bit hasn’t popped up yet…
I’ll definitely be reading this weekend 🤓
